to be eligible for ​a return/exchange, the item must be in the original packaging and it must be in the same condition in which it was received

please inspect your product on delivery.  if there are any damages or defects please contact us immediately so we can assess and find a solution as soon as possible

candles: if there is an issue when burning the candle please let us know as soon as possible and we will replace your candle

​

sprays: if there is an issue with the spray mechanism please let us know as soon as possible we will replace your spray. *we advise you spray the spray facing straight not facing downwards
